80s Does 30s Navy Blue Straw Hat Asymmetrical Modernist

Striking hat that is very much in the spirit of the 1930s, this is sculpted out of straw and is a series of overlapping arcs, stacked one above the other, with the top one upturned from the side. Underneath the upturned brim, is a series of matching flowers and beads to offset the rest of the hat. crown is trimmed in silk chord and there is an elastic band at the nape to keep it in place.

No design tag, but extremely high, designer quality. 

Interior circumference at base: 22" 

Condition: very good with no visible issues. Presents as unworn.
